50% deposit (min. €200) per property due on booking.

Full payment is due 3 weeks prior to arrival.

In the event of a cancellation deposits are non-refundable.

Total cost is not refundable if less than 3 weeks notice is given. STRICTLY NO EXCEPTIONS.

A security deposit of €200.00 is required to cover any breakages or damage that may occur during your stay or any additional cleaning. A credit card number is required for the security deposit.

CHECK IN TIME FOR HOLIDAY HOME : 6.00pm but an earlier time may be requested (not available during July & August). During the months of JULY & AUGUST check in time is 7.00pm, an earlier check in time can be requested but can not always be guaranteed.

CHECK OUT TIME FOR HOLIDAY HOME : 12 NOON but a later departure time of 2pm can be requested - surcharge €100 (not available during July & August).

Keys to be collected at Carlingford Adventure Centre reception (€50.00 key deposit is required when collecting the keys).

Additional nights €100 per night.

Hen/Stag nights are welcome, however please be aware that this facility is in a residential area  therefore it is not suitable for noisy late night parties.

The total number of people staying in each house must not exceed the capacity of the house.

You must confirm the names and the exact number in your party when you make your booking.
