A security deposit of €200.00 is required to cover any breakages or damage that may occur during your stay or anyadditional cleaning. This deposit is returned to you in full providing that the house is left in a clean and tidy condition.A credit card number is required for the security deposit. |

Check in 4pm onwards. Check out 12noon. Keys to be collected at Carlingford Adventure Centre reception (€20.00 key deposit is required when collecting the keys) Late check out will be charged at a full days rate. |

Additional nights €100 per night |

Hen/Stag nights are welcome, however please be aware that this facility is in a residential area therefore it is not suitable for noisy late night parties. |

The total number of people staying in each house must not exceed the capacity of the house, You must confirm the exact number in your party when you make your booking |
